Green Hills Community Wall Mural
We are planning a "community wall" for the ceramic mural that will extend the length of the 103rd street side of the building.  This mural will contain historical and cultural elements related to the area and our residents.  It will be installed in the Spring of 2010.  During spring break, on Wednesday, March 24th, we will be having workshops all day long from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.  Drop in and make a ceramic piece for the mural!  To sign up for a particular time, visit the Information Desk or call (708) 598-8446 ext. 20.  Donate a small rock or stone from your country of origin and it will be installed in the mural to symbolize the diversity of our Library District!
